New Year’s is here and it’s time for your resolutions to become a reality.

The old year passes and the new one begins, and you think: “This is definitely the year we get our restaurant operations in order.” You get inspired, you jot down ideas, you talk to other managers and employees about your plans, and then it’s April… and you realize nothing has changed.
